They were twice the cost as the competitors, with the promises of being out to make repairs within 24 hours. once the bid was made they stated they would be out to put up lights in 4-5 days range. on the 6th day they arrived. when complete the crew left cut strands of lights in flowers and trash along our yard. the first night the lights did not work. they came out on the 2nd night and installed a timer to replace a faulty one. we had several lights out and lights that fell. when we made the service call on saturday morning the repair was made on monday night, lights were taken down at the end of jan and staples were left all over the yard.

I think that they are the nicest people, but are clearly too busy. They quickly completed my lighting job without load testing the outlets and synchronizing the timers. Subsequently they had to come back multiple times. I am still waiting for them to come and replace a faulty timer. I think they would be good if you had a clear understanding of what your outlets cam sustain and are willing to accept waiting for responses. My job was $700, due to be completed on 12/5 (which it was), but it is now 12/10 and we still have issues as mentioned above. I am waiting on a 3rd return service call since completion.
