The response time was impressive. An email was sent to me straight away, with a follow-up phone call within about 30 minutes from when I applied.This was not an emergency so they came on a Saturday which was convenient for us. They also came at the time they said they would. The solution to the problem was simple (we didn't know there was a reset button for the heater!) but the operator was very helpful and we will certainly use this company in the future.

I recently moved into a house with an in ground swimming pool which was in a state of obvious disrepair/neglect. Paul visited me the morning of my initial inquiry,assessed the situation and offered his advice for both a short and long term plan which would allow me to safely enjoy the pool this season without investing in equipment which would be obsolete when I'm ready to do major renovation in the future. His crew showed up promptly as scheduled and completed the installation of new plumbing,filter,pump and chlorinator,,as well as removal of all old equipment. Crew were professional,polite and took plenty of time to instruct me in use of equipment. The next day Paul himself came to the house to follow up and spent close to 3 hours walking my husband and me through the basic steps of pool ownership. He even set up and vacuumed the pool!! He could not have been more thorough,knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Paul Schoos and Holland Pool Svc.Co. to the most discriminating and demanding homeowner.
