First time I ever called a service and they came out the same day and solved the issue within an hour. Service was awesome.

Clay was out within an hour to look at our A/C unit; it didn't really require service, just a couple adjustments. He was fast and professional, we will definitely hire again.

I just recently purchased a new home and there were challenges with previous work that was done by the seller. Mr. Holliman was professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and made recommendations for the future. I am not familiar with these types of repairs as far as the cost is concerned. I was able to afford to pay it, so I consider that reasonable.

The initial interaction went well. The owner came out as he agreed in a timely manner. The owner stated he found I had a leak. He stated he would seal the leak and add coolant to the unit, this was May 29, 2019. On June 29, 2019 I notice the temperature increasing in the home and the unit was not shutting off. I called to report the problem and received a call back the next day. The morning of July 3rd he came out to look at the unit, stated it was low on coolant and the sealant has not kicked in yet. He stated I have a leak somewhere and it is going to cost me to find the leak and take care of the problem. When he came out in May, he told me he had found the leak and sealed it. Now he is telling me he charged me $345.00 for something he did not do. He stated sometimes it takes two to three times of adding coolant before the sealant will work its way to the leak and for me to be patient as he hands me a bill for $125.00 for adding more coolant to the unit. I do not appreciate being lied to, or having my time and money wasted.

Started out fine. Clay responded to my initial contact immediately. I do not reside at the property and he was made aware of this. I was not contacted after the job was done. I did not know that the job had been completed until approximately 4 days later when I was contacted for payment; not a problem. A few days later, I contacted Clay to inform that the AC unit was not cooling. He instructed me to have the residents check for icing and dirty filters. There was not any icing and the filter was clean. I understood that he would be going out to check the unit and he thought I would call him back (which he did not instruct me to do). I attempted to follow up by phone but the mailbox was full. I was able to sent a message on the website and he called me. I asked why he never came back to check the problem and we agreed that there had been miscommunication. Clay apologized and promised that he would be out the net day. The next came and went; no Clay and no return phone call. It appears that once this company gets your money, they are done with you! They do not stand behind their work. Please find someone else for your AC repairs/maintenance.
