This was a big project involving power washing and then painting dozens of steps down to the lake, and then doing same with a big deck and dock area. Mr. Hollinger and team did a fine, very thorough job that we are delighted with. I strongly recommend this company.

They did a good job. My home is 60 years old and the windows and shutters had not been painted in a long time. Now my home looks fresh and clean after pressure washing and the new paint on the shutters and windows. It wasn’t easy as the 7 windows on the front had 24 panes each.

Evidently Hollinger quality painting is privately owned and operates on a shoestring budget. Contract calls for 3 payments...1/3 down, 1/3 at half way completion and other 1/3 at job completion. Mr. Hollinger wanted me to pay last payment before job was completed because his truck needed a repair. There were a couple of things that Mr. Hollinger said he would do, but did not get done. He refused to paint window screen frames (color change) and was quick to point out that it was not included in contract. He told one of his employees that he could put a lien on my house if I did not make final payment when he said job was done. Now I have to paint 18 screen frames myself! Two empty 5 gallon buckets, and an empty one gallon can were abandoned at job site along with cigarette butts and bottle caps. I will not use Hollinger quality painting in the future.
