Hollis is a slick talker. He talks like he knows what he is doing but he doesn't actually know what to do. He said he was going to have 8 guys come to do the job. He brought down 2 guys and "fired them" and then he came down and didn't even finish the job and worked all of 2. He took my money and then said never to call him again.

Jakob is very kind, personable, friendly, courteous, and honorable. He looks out for the customer's benefit. He was willing to do an emergency repair for me that was very far away from him. He has accepted and fulfilled many of the repair requests I have sent his way. He's the type of character that makes you want to call him again!
