I am glad other people had a good experience with this company, my experience was not so good. Two years ago I had them install per-painted aluminum gutters and now I noticed the rivets used on the gutters have discolored to a yellowish color which surprised me because I thought aluminum does not discolor. I tried to contact the company on several occasions to discuss this matter but the company has not returned any of my calls or emails. I thought there was a 10-year warranty on the work. I learned after the fact that they do not tarp a roof whose wooden shake shingles are removed although rain is predicted, subjecting the home to water damage, and so it happened. After I paid him I later I discovered issues which I had to repair myself: several nails that missed their marks under rafters of eaves which I had to trim with my Dremel tool, several exposed staples I had to caulk to prevent water intrusion and continue to caulk, there were some eaves that sustained some damage on their edges when the old gutters were removed and I had to repair them myself. We often hear and it is all in the detail, and detail is important...

He should not be talking about the person that did the job beforehand. He would not stop talking about the poor job that was done previously, I would rather have him just fix it.
