I am pleased with the method of cleaning that was used. I did have some "streaks" on the berber in the basement, but Wally returned yesterday and took care of them. Berber without a nap is more difficult because you can't see what you have done, like on shag. So I understand. He was very agreeable to redo it quickly. I am totally satisfied, and will used him again. I recommended him to my neighbor, and he did her plac yesterday. She is pleased as well.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME TO USE HIS SERVICE. I'M AMAZED AT HOW CLEAN HE GETS MY CARPETS!! HE MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE FOR ME AND HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH CARE. HE IS PROMPT AND CURTIOUS. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN THE CARPETS NEED CLEANING.

Walter did a good job on a 20 year carpet. The results were great and well worth the money to have it cleaned. He was honest and quick at getting the job done. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Very nice. Showed up on time and didn't take very long. He did a great job. I even had him do extra areas of rugs that he had not planned for and he made time with a smile! Plus I had him scotch guard everything! ++++
