I had a kitchen added to my upstairs ADU: new cabinetry, (formerly bedroom) door removal, plumber and electrician coordination to open up walls and replace sheetrock, new molding, painting, and repaired flooring.

My whole ceiling was removed for an electrical upgrade. Scott worked with the electrician to open up the ceilings and some wall spots, then replaced everything good as new.

Scott and his partner did and amazing job building a wheelchair ramp off of my deck. They were very professional and focused. They were able to finish the ramp addition in only a couple days. I would absolutely recommend hiring Scott for your home renovations!

I am thrilled with the work Scott recently did at my house. He handled a wide variety of projects for us, including a complete bathroom remodel, swapping out our interior doors, and taking care of all the sheetrock, texture matching, and painting. His craftsmanship is top-notch. He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and treated our home with total respect. He completed the project on time and on budget. I needed carpet and vinyl flooringreplaced in my home office which is a full bedroom and bathroom. I wanted the tile to match what already existed in the entryway. While we couldn’t get an exact match, Scott was able to get as close as possible and gave me a great price to complete the job, which he did in a timely manner and to my super picky standards. Hes reliable, honest, and did a great job!

Scott was great - on time, and the work was done better than expected! The kitchen looks great, with new floors, cabinets and countertops. Only regret is not getting the work done earlier.

My realtor hired Scott to look at an attic space and give his opinion on mold and a possible leak in the roof. He charged $230 for his opinion. I did not know that Scott is not a roofer. In comparison, a septic company charged me $125 to scope my sewer and I am sure that they spent way more time and effort to run a camera down my sewer line. I would not recommend them.

Highly recommend! I had hire Scott for several quick fixes and projects In the past years. Scott was very accommodating and completing the job very quickly. Excellent work, very efficient, kind and easy to talk to. Very happy with his work.

I hired Scott to remodel two bathroom showers. He did not get permits for the construction, did not build the shower pans to code and did shoddy work on the walls. Nothing was liable. He then tore it all out and tried to fix it. I caught him in so many lies and cutting corners that I fired him, even though I had already paid him. The quality of his work was so bad that I was willing to lose the $8k. Luckily, I went to the state contractor board and got most of my money back.

I had a bathtub picked out to use and he used another tub than what I wanted. He also used a cheap floor trim that I told him not to use and he used them anyway. He also kept uninstalling and reinstalling the toilet every day and now the toilet is leaking because he wouldn't replace the ring on the toilet. My floors are now discolored. There is now mold and mildew on the bottom of the floor. I found another company who plans to charge half of what Scott charged. He also said that I could live with the mold. I have picture proof of all the damages. Anytime I asked him a question he would try to put me down and was very rude.

I hired Scott Holman, giving him a detailed statement of work that he accepted. A little over a week into the project, I found so many issues that I had to ask him to stop working on my home. - I asked for 800 square feet of insulation blown in my attic, per the statement of work. He put in less than 20 square feet of insulation, strewn in chunks by hand and moved on to the drywall. - The charges included an outdoor toilet that never arrived in the time that his crew worked at my home, using my bathroom without ever checking with me. - Old light fixtures and smoke alarm were re-installed while charging me for new ones. - My vacuum cleaner was broken and then tucked it in a far corner, away from its original location. I looked for it to clean over the weekend and found it broken. - They disconnected the drain pipe from my furnace completely soaking the entire area. I did not discover this until 2 days later and had to get that dried out and fixed. - The skylight was not painted which was included in the statement of work.

They were quick to get me a estimate, were able to work around my busy schedule.

Scott Holman is an outstanding contractor. He was on time and on budget.

Reliable, honest worker, on time and keeping us well informed. A few tiles were misaligned but tiling around a window with sill is not easy. Cleaning off some "stray" grout could have been better. Price was right and I would use him again on future projects.

Overall we were pleased with the work (there were a few misaligned tiles, but it was a large area). They were very courteous and easy to work with. They stayed within the quote and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again for a future project, and would recommend them to others

Scott was great. Really responsive, articulate, informative. He got the job done in the timeframe I wanted and he worked around my schedule. He's quoting another job for me soon.

I am pleased with the speed and quality of the tile work Scott Holman completed. He is a nice person and quotes a fair price. I will call him again for future work and have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Scott Holman was dependable and professional. He was also friendly and very accomodating. He retiled our bathroom tub surround and did a great job. Very good experience. He contacted me right away, was able to come to the house a couple of times fairly quickly & did some repairs I had minor stress over & saved me $ because I was expecting the worst case senario. I appreciated his total honesty.
