Deck or Porch Repair
I had a warping post under a 12 foot high deck. Grant was fantastic - explained everything they were going to do to support the deck while they replaced the post. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It has been over a year and the new and remaining post are straight as an arrow. Highly recommend Grant and crew.

Grant and crew put in a skylight in an existing porch roof structure. The installation of course required some creativity and a lot of craftsmanship. The result was actually perfect! Schedule, cost, performance all completed exactly as planned. We're very happy with the outcome!

It was a pleasure working with Holmes Contracting! Grant is a great communicator, shows up when scheduled and most importantly finished the project to my specs. From my experience, these are not easy qualities to find in a contractor. With that being said - I highly recommend them!!

Holmes contracting is very professional and reliable. Grant was great at communicating and reliable. They installed new hardware on my laundry room cabinets to corrected an issue caused by another contractor and installed a hanger holder. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for other projects.
