Hired John for a unusual and unique project. We agreed it would be best if he billed for time worked instead of fixed cost. I am always weary of that arrangement since it's easy for people to pad the bill. However, John billed me fairly at the end of the project and if anything less than what I would have expected. He and his crew were always there when they said they would be, he showed an ability to problem solve efficiently and was very tolerant of my involvement/presence. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
