We had a problem with our toilet tank running too much water. Tom Holmes came out promptly, fixed it. He was neat and polite. He was very reasonable with the price. Even came back next day to adjust the toilet. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Nice to do business with him.

Tom came out the same day and repaired my water heater in a jiffy. He explained that it's old and will need to be replaced soon and provided me with a quote for a new one that day as well. I will be sure to call him when the time comes.

We could not diagnosis the water discoloration and intermittent dripping in our laundry room and kitchen, so we called Holmes for help. Ryan was in our home within the hour, quickly determined what our problems were, and professionally solved the problem. The cost was incredibly reasonable given we were prepared for the worst. I have hired Tom on 2 occasions clear clogged drains I have in my manufactured home. He is professional, kind, excellent at his job and puts his customers first. He is going to be doing a hot water heater replacement for me in the coming days, and I will be having all the plumbing redone under my home and Tom will be the guy doing the work. I can't recommend him enough. If you've got plumbing issues, this is the man to call!

Tom is fantastic. He was upfront with the pricing and let us know if something came up that was unexpected . We had a very limited budget and a tight timeline and Tom was able to do the job for the money we had and out timeframe. We live in a manufactured home which can pose some unique challenges. Tom was able to address these and the project went smoothly. He is one man with an apprentice and does fantastic work. I would defiantly refer others to him and call him back for other work. He did a fabulous job.

Tom was early for the job and completed it in about an hour. When I inspected his work I couldn't tell any work had been done because the area was spotless. I did see the valve he installed and it's going to make life much easier for me. I didn't get any other quotes because I wanted to minimize the number of people coming into my house during the COVID-19 crisis, so I don't have anything with which to compare his charges, but I was satisfied with what I paid for the excellent work he did. I will call Tom back for my future plumbing needs.

Tom Holmes replace my downstairs toilet in my half bath. He did a great job and also replaced the shut off value that was all frozen up. All pieces are now in working order.

He was prompt; there was apparently much more wrong with the tenant's bathtub plumbing than I was aware of....faulty installation not working properly. Replacement parts not available, etc He handled it all and I paid him on the spot. I mentioned another problem at another property and he followed me there and diagnosed the problem with a quote and a brief description of how he would resolve the issue! He gave me his card and I plan to call him in the not too distant future to correct this other problem!

I had a leak in my toilet in the middle of the night and called Home Advisor for the first time.The response was rapid considering the distance the young man had to drive. He assessed the situation and got the appropriate parts and quickly repaired my leaky toilet. I was pleased with the whole process.

Started out as replacing a cold water line that was clogged. Turned into a complete Bath room remodel with all the changes and add on we requested of Tom. The company owners were very courteous and respectful to what I needed done. The installer that they sent to give me the estimate, was the same person that I requested to do the job. Tom & Jess are professional all the way. Gave easy to understand report about what they found, what kind of problems were involved and offered suggestions, and gave us a free estimate/time it would take. Answered all questions put to them. I took their suggestion and had hot water tank replaced as well as some of the fittings. They took their time to make sure everything was working properly & there were no leaks. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would not only recommend them but would also hire them if the need arises again.

They came out to evaluate our plumbing issue and determined that the blockage was in the main drain that runs outside of the house to the sewer. They said that they could clear it for us, but that the city would come out and do it at no charge, and that the city had a camera that could look into the drain. We decided to call the city to clear the drain. Holmes Plumbing and Drain didn't even charge us a service call since they didn't do the work. The gentlemen were so friendly, fast and knowledgeable! They will most definitely be who we call for all of our plumbing needs! We highly recommend them!

Tom came to my house the same day I called, was very friendly, efficient, thorough and professional. He and his assistant cleared the blockage in the drain and cleaned up everything meticulously when they were finished... all for a very fair price.
