Great job, on time, a bit expensive considering the need for a R-22 recharge, it went from being a routine "checkup" to a repair which cost a lot more

"Thanks for the good review! Sorry that the R-22 recharge was a little tough on your wallet, but since they phased R-22 out a few years ago it has become very expensive for everyone. Also, keep in mind that if you upgrade to a new AC unit this year we will credit 100% of your repair and tune up costs toward the price of a new system."

The representative, Wayne Hatch, was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. The tech crew, Tom and Houston, worked efficiently and very hard to get the project done in as short a time as possible. All three were very personable and professional. The tech crew cleaned up after they were done and Wayne Hatch came by for a walkthrough afterwards. I also want to mention that Sheriyl at the office was very professional and communicated with me. I am very pleased with the entire process of installing A/C in my home. I will have to wait until summer to try it out for myself. I would recommend Holmes & Holmes without reservations.
