Holper's Insulation & Weatherization

Very bad work. Did not do what was agreed on. Has to be redone. Insulation all in the soffit so now the attic cannot breathe. As I told the worker not to block off the air intake he said they were open. Iam a senior citizen. I had to go up there and see it and I am very upset. It is going to have to be redone. To top it off they thought they were done and brought the big hose down into my daughter room and the guy in the truck which was a new hire. Turns it back on and then it blows Insulation all over the bedroom covers her shoes and bed and all her clothes. My wife is furious. Now I must clean her entire room wash all her clothes. They talk like they know what they are doing but left me a messed up attic very uneven layer of Insulation clogged up air intake busted dry wall on the trap door broken trim around the trap door. Then, to top it off, I ask the worker how many bags of Insulation did you use he said 28 so I ask to count the bags. 23 was used. He acted up set. I was charged for 27 on the bid. Foam was to be installed on my vaulted ceiling in the attic did not do it .900 00 iam very upset. Now I have to start all over and find a company to come in and redo this mess. I am very disappointed in these guys. Please advise andthanks for your support .- Frank

I took a while to get back to Chris and she stuck with me which I appreciate! She sent out the same rep to do the job that had come and quoted the work and he was very knowledgeable! We have noticed a big difference in the feeling of the house. Even though our house is brick they were able to provide some sort of comfort which multiple other companies refused to provide any help with. Some wouldn’t even come look.

Very professional, very efficient the lead installer was great. He gave me everything and showed me and told me what I needed. He did not sell me more than what was needed for my home. Came in and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate the honesty the company had. I really enjoyed having them here at my home.
