The repairman is completely unreliable. He scheduled an appointment for Friday at 11AM. When he didn't show up, I contacted him and he said he would let me know in 2 hours if he would make it. After 2+ hours and no contact, I messaged him again and he said he couldn't make it but would be here Saturday around 10:00 AM. After not hearing from him again, I contacted him and asked if he was still coming, he replied that he forgot he had an appointment and couldn't make it. He also said it was Saturday and he probably wouldn't have the part to fix the washer anyway. I told him he should have told me that before committing to be here. He told me I could look on Angi again to get someone to repair it. I would not recommend Holy City Handyman for any project! His poor customer service and lack of follow-up is a reflection on his bad business practices.
