Hi, I'm Mauricio with HomExpert Contractor. With 17+ years of experience, we specialize in exterior repairs too small for big companies and too complex for a handyman. Our specialty is rotted wood and trim repair around bay windows, bump-outs, window sills and door frames. We also do vinyl and James Hardie siding repair, soffit and fascia, aluminum trim wrap, trim painting and gutter repairs. We find where the water is getting in, replace what's rotted, and use low-maintenance PVC, Boral and aluminum so the repair lasts. Small repairs welcome. Getting a quote is easy: send a few photos through Angi messages and we can usually price it without an appointment. Schedules can shift for weather or hidden damage on earlier jobs; we'll keep you posted. If we find hidden damage on your job, we stop, send photos and get your approval first. We had two other companies assess the exterior trim work needed and give us estimates. This company had the most reasonable price for the project. They also saw other issues to be addressed that we had not noticed. Mauricio was very responsive and he and his team did a great job! They worked with our schedule. Mauricio was very easy to work with. My project was outdoors, and we had to work around rain delays several times. He did an excellent job communicating whenever the weather caused scheduling changes.
To repair the leak, he needed to remove some siding to access the problem area. When the work was completed, you couldn't tell where the siding had been removed and reinstalled.
Mauricio was professional, responsive, and did quality work. I would definitely hire him again.
