Exterior Trim Repair
Mauricio was very easy to work with. My project was outdoors, and we had to work around rain delays several times. He did an excellent job communicating whenever the weather caused scheduling changes.
To repair the leak, he needed to remove some siding to access the problem area. When the work was completed, you couldn't tell where the siding had been removed and reinstalled.
Mauricio was professional, responsive, and did quality work. I would definitely hire him again.

Homexpert Contractor, Mauricio Flavio, was great. He replaced a piece of aluminum facia that was blown off by a windstorm. But more importantly, he correctly diagnosed a problem concerning the baseboard on my siding pulling away from the foundation that other contractors had missed. He made the repair and there is no indication a problem ever existed. I am very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.
