I hired this company in Aug 2023, and have yet to have them follow through with any work, and do any gutter cleaning. even the basics, i have called repeatedly and received nothing but excuses, have been told repeatedly that the team that was suppose to be doing the work would get in touch with me, and have never heard anything. i finally cancelled my contract, and of course then immediately got a call, saying they had just gotten in all the supplies, and wanted to them move forward. i was promised that the job would be finished within 1-3 weeks. then the owner called and threatened to take me to collections...for services that I haven't even received yet but that they want to take automatic payments for. I would never refer anyone to this company.

If you recall, you called us a week after you signed our contract and said [Business Name Removed] called and cut their price in half. You said you wanted to save a couple of hundred dollars. At the time I suggested this was not a good long-term decision. Thank you for proving me correct and I will pass this on to all our customers. However, for you to now slander Gutter Filters of Utah because of this mistake does not make sense to me. We would love to help, and I will honor the quote I gave you to remove an inferior system and install the Valor gutter guard system. We will do a wonderful job for you as we do all our installations.
