From estimates to completion Home 2Renovate performed with professionalism.

The work, repair of exterior wood trim and application of Cool Wall coating to the entire structure, was done well. There was a kerfuffle at the start due to some mis-communications. However, that was solved and the job proceeded to completion seemlessly. I had contacts within H2R who were prompt and forthcoming with any questions that came up with regard to timing and completion of the tasks involved. Project manager Alejandro Sanchez, and Quality Control Representative Joshua Cristiano, kept me informed of prgress of the job. They both made on site visits with me to review the work, and make sure the job was completed as promised. Their involvement was critical to my satisfaction with the job. The workmanship of the H2R team was professional, and expert. I am very satisfied and pleased with the end product. Stay in communication with the priject msnager, and other support staff and you will be as pleased with the results as I am. The job was excellent.

Home2Renovate painted the entire exterior of the house including the stucco and trim. They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through). They were professional and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also installed rain gutters which complemented the paint scheme of the house. I would highly recommend them for home repair and painting projects.

The process was easy, Mike Sedillo was great ,explaining and taking me thru the steps. The windows are great and the team installing them was quick and efficient ！

I'm happy with the work performed. This was a challenging job but the crew got it done. We even had a neighbor that obstructed the progress on finishing this project but the crew was able to complete the work in an acceptable timeline. Definitely would hire Home 2 Renovate again.

After meeting with multiple contractors for our house painting project (and sampling a couple on smaller jobs) we decided to hire H2R. Just weren't left feeling confident enough in the other offers in terms of thoroughness and quality. Ultimately, it's a huge project, a significant expense, and the most visible project. We feel great about our decision and are thrilled with the results. Thanks Mike for the most detailed presentations (even outside when it was raining!), Alejandro for your responsiveness and communication, and especially Carlos and Frankie for the amazing work, attention to detail, constant communication and advice. Home 2 Renovate did a superb job of installing rain gutters on our house. they look great, were installed as promised, and at a reasonable cost. Both the sales representative and project coordinator were easy to reach with questions, and both came by during installation tomonitor progress. wold definitely use this company again.
