Called them out for a microwave repair. The first part they replaced lasted a day before the unit went out again. They stated it was a different part needed this time. Waited months for that part and repair. Had to email and email and email them just for updates. Finally received a response stating the first part they got in was defective so they had to order another one. Months later after numerous messages to them again they respond that they are unable to fix the microwave and that they would refund the money we pre-paid for the part. It has been over 2 months and still no refund. They are quick to charge you and make you pay up front before they will order any parts but then do not want to respond to you or refund the money they owe you. Have gone back and forth with these people for nearly 9 months. Will never do business with them or recommend them to ANYONE. I have all the emails, messages etc and will next be filing a complaint with the BBB and the COSA contractors department.

They were able to order the part I thought I needed based on what another repair man said I needed but that he was unable to order. When Impact came to install the part the serviceman found another problem that the first repairman hadn’t mentioned, and based on that I decided to replace the appliance rather than continue to try to repair it. Impact installed the part I had already paid for, but didn’t charge anything for the visit.
