I got fined because a Rock Wall contractor messed me up by telling me a permit was not needed so I had to pay a big fine. A friend recommended Aaron Shimizu Architecture company who was quite knowledgeable. Aaron was quite easy to talk to and made me relax by explaining the process he was quite knowledgeable He explained the steps and started the process for the new permit very quickly and as we progressed his staff kept me in the loop. I became very relaxed because of his experience. I got my legal permit after the process was finished. If I have any problems again I will definitely call Aaron he is a smart man.

C&C is a waste of corruption and nonsense. Hawaii needs to get rid of the entire corrupt government officials. Fair and Equitable taxation is nowhere in Hawaii. Simple arithmetic will genuinely show how corrupt Property Assessment is where those who own less pay higher taxes per square foot than those who live in luxury.
