Really quick service, personable technicians, and clear recommendations and explanation of what issues were and history of problems with my particular compressor coil. Oscar came with one technician early and needed to have my coil defrosted before removing. When he came back from lunch, he had a crew of 4 assisting him and he was able to complete the repair within an hour to have us back with air quickly. May have paid more for repair work than some, but you can't beat quality and efficiency of service at any price.

called within 10 min of contacting home advisor as i was waiting for a local service.. I called him back about Friday at midnight had long conversations on problem and social chat. came over 1st thing Saturday morning to verify situation and by 1:30 pm my new complete Lennox 4 ton complete system was blasting out cold air.. great customer service

I was running late and the service provider was willing to wait nearly half an hour for me to arrive. It was after the hurricane and we truly needed the air conditioning, Service was polite and knowledgeable.

I hired them in 03/17/03 They fixed and replace parts that were in warranty with my ac company. On july I called becsuse I had the same problem. They came and stated nothing was wrong with the Ac a couple of day later i turned on the unit and poof same problem i have no ac and know they are back in jobs and customer support because huracanes
