After verifying good operation of the system, Joseph Diaz did not charge us for the service. He did point out a major installation construction support problem caused by the previous contractor.

I appreciate that my AC was installed in a timely manner since we are in the middle of summer and mine was not working. The only reason for a lower rating is because their customer service has been non-existent. I spoke with a representative on the phone and followed up with 2 emails and still no response. The installer did not leave any documents but the invoice. I called for a copy of the warranty, paperwork for the a/c system and new thermostat, and the certificate so that I can get a rebate from my electric company. The installer also did not check that the temperature coming out was correct. It feels warmer than the thermometer reads. It is also very loud in my living room so I asked if the fan was variable so that we could turn it down. It is so loud that we have to turn the volume up on the TV to hear it. No response to any of my questions.

Very disappointed, we were relying on them because they were recommended as far as being the top 5 in our area. Poor customer service and they did not want to be here when we needed help, he was not happy when he arrived for a service call to help as he vocalized that when he was here.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Sunday afternoon, our AC unit went out. After contacting Home Advisor, I had a call from My AC within 3 minutes. They had someone over within an hour. We have two 3.5 ton units. (one went out, other close). My AC units were both replaced by Tuesday afternoon. The quality was far superior to our last unit (2007) but the real difference was the quality of their work. Paul, who installed both units, by himself was incredible. I have never learned so much about operating the system, and the instillation was great. Bottom line I would use this company again in a second. Usually don't write reviews, but had to here.

I like these guys. They came into my home and got to work. It's been EXTREMELY hot lately, but they came through. And they're local! They came to me from Home Advisor, have A+ ratings on triple B, and do good work. Mainly, I'm working in a cool, quiet environment.
