Mike came out in less than an hour and a half after I made an inquiry and quickly and accurately assessed the problem for my AC unit. He gave me multiple options to do a repair or to replace and gave me the pros and cons of each one. Because the price for a new unit was so reasonable I decided to just put a new unit in and they did the installation the following morning and I was up and running again by early afternoon. I thought my A/C needed to be serviced however it needed to get replaced. They came out the same evening I made the request and did the Install the next morning. I wish there was a way to give them a 6 star.

only ac company that coud figure out my problem

2 kids tried to sell me a blower motor I knew did not need. When I told them why I knew it was not the motor, they seemed to be getting very nervous and uninterested in my A/C problem very quickly. Told me (without checking anything) that it might be the relay and they would call me at noon with the part, that was 10 days ago. Have not heard a word from them since. Just another shady company like the rest of them. Trying to sell people high-dollar repairs that they do not need. And if they cannot rip you off, they disappear. I fortunately, was not born yesterday.

Had them out in a pinch for a second opinion when one of the big AC companies gave me a crazy quote to replace a bunch of equipment to fix a smallish problem. My AC Solution had a much cheaper and faster fix, and the replacement part was already on his truck. Saved me over $1000 over the other guy.

Spending a lot of money on a new Heat pump is a tough pill to swallow and having to do it around Christmas time is even worse. Spoke to Oscar and he explained everything and treated me like a person and not just a dollar sign. The tech that came to the house, also Oscar, was knowledgeable and gave me repair vs replace options. We chose to replace and the job was done the same day. The installation techs were courteous, funny and left everything clean. I would recommend this company.

I emailed a few businesses on Sunday, July 10 as our air conditioner quit on Saturday night. I did not expect anyone to reply until Monday, but Oscar called and said he could come look at it on Sunday. He said our old unit was beyond repair and said he could have someone come out the next day and replace it with a Rheem 5 ton, 14 SEER unit. My husband said to do it. We had great air conditioning for the rest of the summer. On Saturday, Nov 27 the temperatures dropped - and we had no heat. I called, but no one was in the office so I emailed again. I called again on Monday morning and the woman who answered said she received my email and a technician would be dispatched and would call 15-20 minutes before coming to the house. Michael called and arrived a hour later, saw that one wire had been wired incorrectly, fixed the problem and we have heat. It would have been nice if we didn't have to call, but it was reassuring to see how quickly they responded and fixed the problem. I would recommend myacsolution to anyone needing a new unit.

Outstanding. Showed up on time. Although the outcome wasn’t ideal, the technician showed me pictures of the problems and gave me the bad news I didn’t want, but he did it like a smooth doctor with a kindly bedside manor. Will be hiring them for the unit replacement.

Absolutely fabulous from start to fining Oscar and Mike know their stuff. The whole staff were tremendous in all my time in Florida never had a company that did the work the same day. Called the guys in the morning by the end of the day I had a brand new a/c unit. I will continue to use them I tried other a/c techs on Angies donâ t waste your time this company is the best service, price delighted I used them thanks so much.
