I thought this was the right decision as Marco seemed to know a lot about security systems, which was great. The installation with the alarm was fine, but the install of the security cameras was less than perfect. To start I spent over $1700 to get a hard wired system installed, but when I am quoted for a four camera installation, pay for a four camera installation, but only three camera are installed, I expect some of my money back. I have several emails and text saying they are going to refund the cost of a single camera, never received a refund. To make matters worse, one camera worked for about a month and now is inoperable. I have called twice to have fixed but no response. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I have always been curious about home security but never had the time to call in and ask about it, but an ADT guy came to my house one day and asked if I was interested. He explained all the different packages they had and heard my concerns and together we found the best system for my family and I. He walked through my house and made sure that every access point would be covered. I really liked that he didn't give me a cookie cutter system, because my house isn't a cookie cutter house by any means. Now my family is not only protected from burglars but I also got a great deal on a smoke detector. This was something I didn't even take into consideration. The poor technician explained everything to me and then my husband when he got home and didn't seem bothered by it at all. He was very easy to talk to. Overall I feel safe now and I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it either. If your looking for security I would definitely call these guys first.

I was in the market for a home security system and really didn't know a thing about it. Naturally I had questions; who should I go to, who provides what, what is this, what if this, what if that and the obvious how much is all this going to cost me?! For me security and safety is the most important thing in LIFE and the cost should be no problem when it comes to protecting your family. However, after doing some research and getting a few quotes, I found that a lot of these security companies charge you outrages fees on top of the security system installation that were just OUTRAGES! During my search I came across ADT and had spoken to Marco. He gave me a quote, gave me his input on all the competitor's pricing and their services and I have to say.... he gave me a PIECE of MIND! Made me feel as if I wasn't being "taken". Ultimately just made my family and I feel assured that we would be in his companies best hands. So a few days later we decided to go with ADT. Andrew came into our home, did the installation, explained the features, did a few test runs and MADE us understand the importance, the value, the "there is no limit" when it comes to protecting your loved ones. Once he left, my family and I were completely overwhelmed by the amount of education, dedication, and motivation Andrew and Marco had for their organization. Beside the fact that their customer service was beyond amazing, we could see and feel that they are believers and goal orientated in the same goals as my family and I; We just all want to protect, secure, assure and love our family's well being and the hard work we put in daily for our valuables; Marco, Andrew, the person that answered our call and the whole team at ADT made us feel just that. We can't thank you guys enough!! Since we've let you in our homes, the experience has been very pleasant and satisfying. Thank you guys, for coming into our home and doing what you do best.... become a part of our PROTECTED home and become our family!!

After checking out reviews on on the internet of home security providers, then interviewing a subset over the phone and on-site, I shortlisted three and settled on Home Alarm, a ADT authorized dealer. The main ADT service had terrible reviews so I was trying to avoid this service however folks in my family spoke well of their experience with ADT. Marco from Home Alarm was very responsive to my list of questions and really listened to our top concerns and came up with solutions that required a mix of of ADT products and other affordable third-party solutions. The Home Alarm installer, Andy was personable and professional and very detail oriented. He installed everything perfectly and took the time to explain how everything worked. He also recommended we put the system on test mode for a couple days and drill the kids on different scenarios to ensure the whole family understood how it worked. Finally the real test came we were going away for a long weekend and needed to make sure the system was secure but could be bypassed for the pet watchers, I had forgotten how to do this. When I called ADT customer support-I also had a good experience. So even though Home Alarm has only been around for a couple years,if they keep up this great customer service and attention to detail they will be highly successful!!

Had a person out to give me an estimate little did I know he was doing it more on his own and not as much with the company even though he still had to get permission from his boss. He wanted the money up front because he was worried I would cancel. All the canceling was on his part and always late. In 7 days he was actually there only 2 days totaling 7hrs. 20 minutes. The last day he said his boss was only giving him 3 hrs, which he only stayed 2 hrs 20 minutes, and had to leave for another job. I said I was done and was going to hire someone else. I think one job should be completed before going to the next. Got Champion security to come out and everything has to be redone. The outside cameras wires should have been put in conduit and ran thru the garage instead of the front yard to keep from being cut. They should have known that since I am not a expert and that is what I was hiring them for, not for the cheapest price. I should have listened to my gut when he did not bring a ladder or the right tools and had to borrow mine.

I discovered 'Home Alarm' via Yelp reviews. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown by Marco (sales) and Drew (installer). I appreciated Marco following up to verify my satisfaction with the system, and Drew who was happy to return to my home to correct a minor programming glitch and while here to answer questions I had come up with since learning to use the system. All in all an excellent experience, both in terms of company representatives and the ADT Pulse alarm system.

He was really good and informative. He showed me how to use everything once it was all installed.

The process was easier than I expected and more affordable than I imagined. hassle free.
