I?m sharing this as a cautionary experience for other VAs, freelancers, and remote workers who may come across this company or similar opportunities. I worked with Premium Appliance Installs Inc. / Jason Owens. We initially agreed on a weekly payment arrangement. However, during the course of our work, the payment terms kept changing, and I experienced delays in receiving the agreed compensation. At one point, I was told that payment had been sent, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no payment had been received and that the reference number provided to me was not valid. If you are thinking of hiring this company Premium Appliance DO NOT DO IT! Unethical and unprofessional. They pull a bate and switch. Quote one price and once your appliance is out and all over the floor charge another triple price. Made a mess and left a mess did not complete a construction clean when leaving. Do not put yourself thru the agony of this company walking thru your door. They are a husband and wife ownership with no answerability.

He did a real clean job, he took it apart and put it back together without even telling, he is an expert at what he does.

Jason is awesome!! very responsive, installed my appliances, and I recently had hired him to changed out some toilets for me, and as a single female, I feel very comfortable with him in my own, he is very professional, and respectful!!
