UPDATE!!!! So, after 3.5 months of them lying to me about parts, when they were coming, what was wrong with my machine.... they finally said that they could not fix my machine and they were going to give me a refund. I finally received my refund check 3 days short of 4 weeks later. For my troubles they decided to keep part of my money, I assume for all of their hard work and time spent on lying. I can honestly say that they are the worst company that I have had to deal with in my adult life. Angi should be ashamed of having them on this site. My washing machine was not working properly. I could have purchased one from a big box store for $20 a month but thought that I would prefer to give the money to a local person working for a living. I called to set an appointment and all seemed well. Repairman came on March 10th. Cost was $377. I was good to go. I left town right after that. My son asked me two days later when the washing machine would be fixed. I told him that I would check it out when I got home. I came home a week later and tried the machine, same problem as before. I called and someone came right out. Said they had to order a different part. Now I am already out $377, I could have gotten a new one for $425. I heard nothing for a week. Finally got hold of someone who told me that it would be two more weeks to get the part. Three weeks later, I am on my way to the laundromat again and not getting replies. Add my laundromat expenses and I am now out more than the $425 I could have gotten a new machine for at $20 a month.
