We hired Home Building solutions more than 3.5 months ago to perform some repairs and re-modelling to our home. They originally told us that the work would take 8 weeks to complete. However now it is more than 3.5 months later and we still have holes in our walls, showers which they have torn apart and not repaired. Drywall repairs which have not been sanded or primed. We are lucky if we get someone to come too our house 1 day per week sometimes we don't see anyone for up to 2 weeks. They don't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. This company does not even deserve 1 star review they should get a 0 star review but Facebook will not allow it. #buyerbeware #dishonest

Home Building Solutions and their subcontractors, specifically plumbing and carpentry have made many errors over a 4 week period of time when they were working on my master bath remodel project. Beware of substandard work, and ensure that building permits are taken to have an independent inspection performed of the project. Although Tom is a nice guy, he didn't stand behind the project and only made excuses for the subcontractors.

"HBS a licensed builder always recommends that all related permits be pull by the contractor. The homeowner did not want permits pulled. Early on this project lead to a mutual agreement between contractor and homeowner to terminate the contract"

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Home Building Solutions. I researched this project for months and am very happy that I chose this company. Everyone involved with this project was helpful and courteous. The remodel went exactly as promised.

It was very good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the exact price they quoted. The crew that did the actual siding were craftsmen and did their best to accomodate my needs. They keep me informed all the way and checked with me before any changes were made. Home Building Solutions not only installed my siding, they attended to all the detail work that goes along with it such as gutters, lighting fixtures, doorbell, etc. Tom was available every time I contacted him and wonderful to work with. He listened to what I wanted and did his best to make sure it turned out the way I envisioned.
