This company went out of their way to do more than they were hired to do. They found holes and screws that had been inserted in the door frame without caulking, so they repaired them. They are a nice group of guys. They are very fair and their workmanship is top notch.

These guys are awesome, friendly, professional and easy to get a hold of. The lady that answers the phone goes above and beyond for you. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit to get a repair because they are so busy and so good but I'm willing to wait to get the quality they provide! Love these guys and have used them several times.

The technician came out and did the job within a half an hour a billed for $150. I didn't have cash to give him, I wanted to give him a tip for $20, so I wrote a check for $170 and he told me to make out to him personally. Later through email I got a receipt from Home Care for $120 so I called them and said I paid $150 and gave a $20 tip to make it $170 and they said he only gave them $120 in cash. They said they were very sorry that this happened and they would get it worked out. So I didn't hear back so I called again and they said he billed me for the right amount so they will not give me the $30 back. They also said the technician told them I paid $120 in cash.

It wasn't a complete dryer vent cleaning. The technician just used a ShopVac. He only cleaned as long as the hose could extend. He noticed that the dryer vent pipe had four screws through it (which is illegal) but didn't fix it or offer to fix it.
