Great experience

They did such a good job. Clean and quick. The guys were friendly and most of all, they did not damage or scratch our newly painted walls and doors.

They were very efficient and very timely. I would not hesitate using them in the future.

They went out of their way to accommodate us as far as our time schedule and budget. The carpeting was good but the tile work was not as good as the carpeting. They left everything nice and clean

Everything was great except there were only 2 people sent for a job that needed at least 3! The installation took about 3 hours longer than promised. Great quality and service, but be sure they send enough people for the install!

Severe weather caused delays in carpet delivery but Jeff kept in constant communication with us on the progress of shipment. Installers prompt to arrive when scheduled. Very satisfied with quality of carpet and service..

Jeff Turner came to the house for the estimate and the only thing we didn't discuss became a bit of a problem. We had dense frieze carpet and replaced it with berber, which looks great, but there was a 1/2" gap in the molding, so we had to add molding to the two rooms carpeted.

Very good Service. Not afraid to call international numbers and worked around the inconvenience of long distance contract.

They were able to accommodate my schedule because I was in from out of town to take care of my rental property and prepare it for sale. Once I got the house on the market, it sold in one day for over market value. I appreciate the work they did and so will the new home owners.

very professional and understood that which was most important to me

My daughter needed to replace a room of carpet in the house she was renting. He promptly called me and then made an appt with her to see the job and give an estimate. After realizing they just wanted something inexpensive to match the rest of the house, he gave her the estimate with him having to order the carpet. They then got an estimate from a budget store, which was higher than that of Home Castle. It just so happened that he (Home Castle) called to let them know he had a contractor friend that had the carpet in stock and could now do it cheaper. He did a fantastic job and it looks amazing! This guy is AWESOME!
