We are getting ready to put a house on the market. Instead of guessing, we hired John to do an inspection, that way if anything major needed to be done (roof) we can either fix it or price it accordingly. He was prompt, friendly and honest. this is a one person company the inspector is the owner and is very well versed in construction and with pest control i did not have a radon test done at my discretion but it was recommended every outlet switch , panel was inspected and wiring was checked to make sure proper gauges was installed, this was my second dealing with a home inspection service and i was impressed

"I find it very hard to reply to such vague comments from an anonymous person. I have not received any negitave complaints, comments, verbal or email contact from any clients. I my reporting format is very clear and concise, to the point without fluff and fillers. My turn around time for the report is, in most cases, same day. A home inspection is not an appraisal, they are two different phases of the home purchasing process. I look for "Major Structural and Mechanical Defects", appraisal is value comparisons."

"Window in question was obstructed by bedroom furniture and not accessible at the time of the inspection. The attic was not accessible due to the personal belongings of the current home owner, both issues were documented on the inspection report. Client DID get a full refund of his inspection fee."

John was very quick to respond/communicate. His pricing was better than anyone else in the area. He arrived on time and the home inspection was done thoroughly and relatively quickly. The report (by request) was generated and emailed a few hours after the visit, which was extremely helpful for us since we were in a time crunch. The report itself was very well done and easy to understand. It even included pictures of potential problem areas. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a home inspection.
