We used the warranty a couple of times & they did a good job, nothing over the top but decent. I don't think I am renewing with this company though because I am looking for more coverage than what they offer.

I have had this "service" (if you can call it that) since March of 2010. I put in a claim in June 2010, I called them 20 times of the day no response. Yesterday, 12/19/11 I got a hold of someone who couldn't locate my valid account. If I could get my money back I would HORRIBLE! If there was a zero star rating I would give them half!

My garage door motor broke and they addressed the issue within 24 hrs. My frustration with Home Choice was that after paying for and agreeing to the contract, they called me everyday for 2 weeks to solicite and ask me to open an account. I talked to at least 3 different reps telling them that I already had an account, which apparently they could not locate.When filing a claim use the website because it is not always easy finding a human on the phone.
