Mike was great to work with. He was professional, got back to me with my questions and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. I had called several other contractors but none were willing to get into my tight crawl space to get the job done. Mike told me it wasn't a problem and had it done a couple days later. I'll use this company again for any future insulation needs!!

HCK did a great job on my insulation install. They were on time a did exactly what they said they would when quoting. After completion, David followed up on the workmanship and to assure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

1. They did not install bat on my vaulted ceilings. Instead, they said the old bat was on the attic floor and they were able to just put the old bat back on. I have not checked this if it is true or not. but, I was told they would put new bat on from the sales man. 2. They missed sealing some things and did not inform me of what was sealed and what was not. I discovered a bathroom fan leaking blown insulation into the bathroom and they came back and sealed it. They definitely said they could not seal the fictures from my vaulted ceilings because no access from the attic. But, they could have done it from inside.

HCK are very professional and excellent customer service. I purchased the MLI and the fan, June 2020. I now sleep better at night because my home is cooler and comfortable, their products are awesome. I recommend to everyone, also you will save energy and money.
