With the first heavy rain the roof is leaking and the whole project is terrible. The contractor used the old flashing and again a brand new $18,000 roof is leaking. They also have 5 different complaints on the licensing board

It hasn't actually rained yet, but it would appear as if they did an awesome job. Richard was great to work with and did not seem to show up to the mobile home estate expecting to deal with an idiot, as some of the other companies that bothered to show up did. One of the companies, Weather Built Homes, should not have shown up, as it was rather insulting that they were trying to get me to buy roofing systems to protect an attic that does not exist. For these systems to be put on a mobile home, they wanted from $16,600 to $18,800. They really would have bothered to look at the description I wrote which stated right up front that that this was a mobile home. Their did was nearly 50% of what I paid for the home just 4 years ago. It was obvious that some of the companies go out to mobile homes and older people expecting them to be extremely stupid, and I can not even describe how insulting that is.

Home Comfort provided an outstanding customer experience. They were up front about the whole process and all costs, explained everything in detail, and even took a lot of time to help us pick out the best color for our new roof. Their crew finished fast and clean up was perfect. Over a year later they responded immediately to correct some shingles on a tricky corner of the time that was coming loose as well. Six years later we've had no issues at all and the roof still looks amazing.

We had the following work done: Replaced garden window Moved and replaced French door Replaced roof New siding/trim on 1/2 of house New siding on shed New gutters Whole house exterior painted The work done was above my expectations! There were things that original builders did incorrectly (no flashing above windows and doors) that were identified and fixed. The work was beautifully done. The people performing the work were very nice. We are extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Home Comfort!

Great price on my roof compared to other companies. Got it done fast. My only concern was the cleanup of nails and staples. Lots left on the ground.

Our neighbor used them first and we saw how efficient they were in getting the roof done. We had the same experience. Easy to work with and they corrected an issue with a dented gutter without any hesitation. No surprise expenses either. Really happy with the job they did and have no hesitation recommending them after my experience with them.

We changed from vinyl to Hardie Board and the installation is about half finished at this point in time. Evaluation of the contractor could change either up or down once they are finished

The workers were VERY fast and they did a great job. There are a lot of nails left around but I guess that was kind of expected with a tear off and new roof

Do not hire this company.. He lied from the very first and continued to say one thing then not do it. He said all his workmen were journey men and had been with him for 15 years. He said he would have 5 to 7 men on the job every day. The first day he did have 5 men on the job. The second day only 4 showed up and two were new. the third day only 3 showed up, again one was new. the only person to show up each day was a rookie, that made many mistakes. Valley edging cuts were poor and cuts were made on the metal. Roof vents were not replaced. Each man worked a separate section and there was no coordination. The forman only showed up on the first day. No daily clean up. gutters were not cleaned, downspouts clogged. I`m still picking up old roofing and much of the old roof fell into the attic on top of the attic insulation. I could go on and on but I`m sure you get the picture. Save yourself some griff and hire another roofer.

"We are more than happy to work with you regarding any of the issues you have or have had regarding the work or the craftsmanship. Please give us a call when you are available. In regards to the roof vents, those are all new and we are not sure as to where you are getting this information. When we put a new roof on we mean new, not a partly new roof. Furthermore, this year has seen growth for the company, along with that comes fluctuations with our crew. We do have a few new journeyman roofers who are new to us but by no means new to the industry. As far as the decrease in workers, we stager our workforce; the first day where it tends to be the busiest is where we bring the most roofers. As the project continues the amount of roofers needed also decreases as there is less work needed to be done after the tear off. Lastly, we strive to leave the property cleaner than when we started the work, there are however aspects that are out of our control. As an example, down spouts. If they are clogged when we get there, that is not something we can remedy since that is outside the scope of our work."

VERY efficient crew. Clean up afterward was quite good (I'm pretty sure that our patio was cleaner afterward than before!). The roof looks beautiful. I especially liked and appreciated the follow-up. Richard does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it. The communication was excellent, which is extremely important to us. Overall - I highly recommend.

We had our house painted and a new roof installed by Richard. Excellent work. We then had some gutter white strips installed to keep the gutters clean. The gutters stay clean but now we have a problem with the gutters overflowing and spilling over. We called Richard and he checked the problem. Said it was probably the vines we had growing on the roof. When he left it appeared to us that this was now our problem and not his. Well it rained again and overflowed. When the customer is happy with his work all is fine - when not - well its your problem now deal with it. We were going to have him put hardwood floors in our bedrooms but that is definitely not a consideration now.

Richard was very prompt and arrived when he said he would. His crew was very efficient and knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The clean up was amazing and Richard even went over the yard twice to gather any stray nails.

Lowest bid I got by far... I gave him a chance to change it, but he stuck to it... Damaged gutters and did not return to fix them, they still spill water were they left sags on the re-install. My impression is they just wanted off the job because he under bid it. Never returned my calls afterward

The contract said the surface would be prepared with a grinder and sanding pad but they did not do that despite my protests. They also painted the wrong part of the house the first time but they did correct that.

Rich was excellent of the products for my reroof. 3 workers were efficient, great and courteous. my neighbors were impress with their cleanup and speed that the roof was finished. I am very please with my roof. They repaired my loose gutters. I asked for another bid on repairs of my exterior balcony because of their professional work. The value for what they did was excellent. will recommend >).
