Alexis is knowledgeable and personable. I first selected him because he was willing to come to the house the same day. My dryer needed a part and he quoted a price but also gave me the option of getting the part myself in order to save money. He has already helped my daughter with her refrigerator. I feel like he is honest, an admirable and necessary trait for anyone that conducts business in your house.

He showed up on a holiday weekend, found the problem could be solved by unplugging and resetting which only took a couple minutes. Did not charge at all great way to earn future business. I offered to pay the 30 trip charge he would not have it, great service thanks for coming out on a Sunday.

I was able to have the technician out the same day I called. Alexis called prior to my scheduled time and asked if he could come earlier. He made sure I knew what he was doing and why. The amount quoted was exactly what I paid.

Alexis emailed me a very reasonable estimate to fix my dryer. The final price was exactly as quoted, and he even looked at my washer to see if it could be fixed. No extra charge. We'll call him again if another appliance needs work.

Alex was on time he determined what the problem was in 5 min. I was then given estimate and I told him to go ahead and repair the problem which he did having appliances repaired in the past I felt the quote I was given was very fair.

The technician arrived the same day and was very courteous and informative and did a great job.

Mr. Duran was the first to respond quickly. This is my rental property and the refrigerator was not working properly. It was repaired very timely. Mr. Duran kept me posted by text at everything he did with photo and description. That was a plus. Also a plus was the price. I would definitely tell my friends and I will ask for him again if the need arise with any of my other appliances. Great job!!

The service was excellent. I was contacted and given appointment time then I was given a text that he was enroute. He was polite and introduced himself. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up before he left. Would use again
