The service call was very Fast, the rep was prompt and honest, and provided great customer service! Very satisfied.

I spent over $800 worth of work over a 3 month time just to hire someone else to actually fix my furnace. They installed the wrong size part and then told me on the last visit that my furnace would be one that would need several trips out the to fix.

Home Comfort Solution repair personnel were very courteous, prompt, and friendly; however, they misdiagnosed my heating problem. They identified my circuit board needed to be replaced and I informed them that the board was replaced a few months earlier and will call the company that replaced the board. Home Comfort personnel encouraged me to call because the part should still be under warranty. I called and the previous HVAC came and fixed my problem and it wasn't the circuit board. Very disappointed in the misdiagnosis.

Home Comfort Solutions was so helpful! John answered the phone on the weekend and Luke came out first thing Monday morning. They worked quickly and the ability to pay online was so accommodating. I didn't have to take off work and wait around forever. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

First I want to explain the only reason that I scored it lower than a five star is due to the price of the motor installed in the motor/blower assembly. $355 is excessive for a motor. I do appreciate the quick response and coming out within a day of calling. Most other companies I contacted were booked up. Overall, the representative was professional and did a good job. It was just the price of the motor. Researched most motors compatible with the blower fan and unit and the motors weren't close to that price. I would recommend them. Just be prepared to potentially shell out a pretty penny for parts.
