We had a great experience from start to finish. Ben Rickes was our initial consultant and worked with us to make sure what we wanted in the install. Pedro was our installer, and I can't say enough about this young man. He was so knowledgeable from start to finish. He covered anything that could get dust on it, and cleaned up during and after the install. He was very meticulous about his work, and it showed when it was finished. We have a beautiful shower. I highly recommend Home Concepts for your new shower install.

Brandon did a wonderful job of replacing our old fiberglass tub/shower with a new walk-in shower in our tiny bathroom. And it was done in less time than expected! We are very happy with his work, and would happily use his services again! Austen and Sam were really helpful on choosing materials and at a price we could afford. Home concepts did a fantastic job of replacing our bathtub with a walk-in shower in two days. Our installer (Brandon H) is a true professional who loves his work. Brandon covered our vinyl plank flooring, sink and commode before removing the old tub. Brandon could of easily completed this job in one day had it not been for a short special order shipping delay. 5-star installer working for a 5-star company.

The project started a full day late, after two confirmation calls. The quality and workmanship were excellent and the project took only a day and a half, but losing that first day was a real problem for my employer, as I had to get back to work. My installer worked fast, clean and communicated well with me as the homeowner.

HCCR did the an amazing job, i just hated my shower when i moved into my home. i call them and a few other companies. HCCR really made feel comfortable, they helped me pick out colors and patterns. They priced me the best. i felt every one else was super over priced. they gave me exactly what the other companies had but they didnâ t try to take advantage of me with pricing. They install was perfect and easy. they did everything they said they would. i highly recommend them!
