We have high hopes that finally we have a gutter guard that works. We’re waiting for the first good rain. We were assured that they would come and correct any areas that might not be working properly. Still waiting for our copy of the warranty, but satisfied so far.

This was a horrible experience from day one once you hire them, and sign a contract they treat you like your dirt on their shoe they make promises they do not keep I wish I would have never hired them.

Their product is good but they are not very organized. The salesperson was not familiar with the installation of the product. The installer did not have the proper materials. I had to provide some materials out of pocket and technical advice for installation. A buyer with less technical knowledge would have been in trouble. They did try to get the installation corrected when I complained. No one mentioned refunding my materials purchase!

After receiving a great pitch about how the company cares about quality and great service, I scheduled the install for that Friday. While they came in at a higher price, I went with them because of their warranty and immediate availability. Plus they said they'd price match another competitor and adjusted the final price. On the day of install, I received a call stating the crew's truck had broken down. The manager ensured me I'd get a call on Sunday to let me know when the project would be rescheduled into the next week. No call came. This morning I did get a call and "Matt" said the crew lead was out sick and they couldn't get to me until the 28th of December now. 10 days after our agreed upon install date. So they must have higher paying jobs in line and back-logged mine. Don't hire this company. Their word cannot be trusted. And as a Veteran, your word is your bond.
