HomeCraft Gutter Protection

This is by far the worst customer service regardless of any industry I have had. They were great at the sales, but when it came time to help with storm repair- (covered by insurance btw)- they won't even call me back. I have now left 12 emails and voicemails and have not had 1 response. I even tried to call the sales line and of course they answered right away. I shared my concern and she indicated I would hear from the warranty dept within 3-5 days- total silence. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from thinking that their customer service is part of their DNA- they completely ignore me. I have no choice but to now go on line and to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Professional and prompt

Everyone I dealt with from HomeCraft was very friendly and professional. Brian Parshall came out and gave a convincing overview and demonstration of their gutter protector. From what he had to say, it's clear that they stand behind their product and want nothing but happy customers. My rain gutters are now clean and protected. Thank you!

Everything went great, the only thing I would suggest is offering installing the roof heating cords, when the snow and ice freez on top of the leaf guards it drips over the edge, I'll need to install the roof heaters myself but I would have paid them to do it.

DO NOT USE HOMECRAFT OF CO. Horrible service and horrible quality. We replaced nearly 30 year old gutters, with new gutters from Homecraft of CO and they have not stopped leaking since. 4 visits, and 3 crews later, and I was just told by the least helpful customer service rep, Hannah, that they do not have record of these repair visits and that she needs to reach out to the new project manager Joel. However, no timeframe could be provided for his response, hers or the manager I asked to be transferred to. Moreover, it does not help when each time the crew that is making the repairs gives us a list of what the last one did wrong, and it STILL LEAKS. Leaking has ranged from the down spouts, behind the gutters... how that happens is beyond me, and now the corners where they are bolted together. WORST experience ever.

Disappointed how they responded, they are saying they had to fire the contractor and now they have new people, now they say they will come over and fix it but there is roof damage but I need a roofing company to fix it.

I hired this company only because they were the only company to bid. Other companies either did not respond or missed their appointment. Sales rep was very polite as was the crew that installed the gutters we requested. Product seems good so far and meets our needs. I gave them 3 stars and would not recommend them simply because of their pressure sales tactics. They came in gave a quote that if you signed at that exact time you got a good deal but if you signed at a later date the price went through the roof. This tells me that they can afford to just do the work for the lower price. These type of sales tactics should be illegal in my opinion.

Being a resident of the state, there was no hype, only valuable experience was shared to make me feel comfortable. I was impressed to start. The man who gave me the estimate was great. They worked with me on the scheduling. The install was great, super-efficient. Got it done and the gutters are great, held up through a super rainy Memorial Day weekend. Now for the bad. They asked for a deposit check, with the understanding that the check would never be cashed. I was told I could pay with a credit card. But the installers told me I would have to pay an extra 5% to use a credit card. And then they cashed both checks! And it was impossible to reach any customer service. I reached out to the estimator, who said it was cleared up. Almost 3 weeks later, still no refund. So expect great work, but be prepared for terrible customer service.

The product itself may be good. I did alot of research on the product which it seems like a quality product however customer service and the quality of installation are terrible. I dont know wether this product actually works at this point because we had ice cycles in the winter time and major overflow and dripping in the spring when it rained. When I called to speak to someone regarding my problems I was told I needed to send pictures which due to health reasons I wasnt able to do immediately. Some time later when I called again to try and get help with this problem I never got call backs. When I finally was able to speak to someone they arranged to have someone come and check out the problem 2 weeks later between 1 and 3 and no one ever showed up until 7 o clock at night. Given that this company is not a local company and located in Georgia the 2 hr time difference meant that my call went to voicemail. The person who did come to check out the problem was very considerate and did show us pictures of why we were having problems. The shingles were covering half to two thirds of the gutter guards. I called the company in Georgia the next morning and spoke to someone in customer service and asked if they had received the photos which she said they had but needed to track them down and that she would call me back that afternoon or the next morning.She never called back. I called back an 4 additional times and left messages for her to call me. Finally after threatening to leave bad reviews someone did call me back and informed me that it would cost an additional $200 to have the shingles trimmed. On my contract it clearly had not been marked that shingles needed to be trimmed but I didnt feel it was my responsibility to get on the roof and track that it needed to be done. In disgust I finally paid the $200 to have a sub contractor come out and trim the shingles. When I mentioned to the customer service person that there was supposed to be a transferable lifetime warranty on their product she informed me that it was a limited 40 year warranty and a limited 1 yr warranty on installation. This company is definitely not a local Colorado company. If you have any problems you must deal with the company in Georgia.

I finally have the correct size gutters for my tile roof and they do not leak!!!

We are very happy with our new gutters. We especially appreciated them after all that rain yesterday, They did professional job in a timely manner. Would recommend.

We had to replace Gutter Topper guards because they were falling out and warping the singles. HomeCraft gutter guards are clearly superior, probably the best available. The installation was speedy and professionally executed.
