the salesman showed up on Thursday just like I agreed to and by Friday my gutter guards were installed. price was right and service was awesome and the young man who did the install was very nice.

They came, and did a thorough inspection of my property. They gave me an estimate. It was within my price lines., I gave them the job, and they accomplish to 48 hours later. I am very happy.

Original price was near $8k, but if I decided within a week the price would be around $6k, and if I decided right then and there, the price would be $3k. Typical used cars sales approach by showing you crap products from others and then showing you all the articles on why their product is superb. They subcontract the work out. I have no real idea if what they installed is what they said they would install. They were supposed to send me pictures of the completed job, but haven't received yet. I am glad they make everything in USA

This company should not be allowed to be on a public platform. It was taken care of but it took 4 months. Extraneous litigations and finally they accepted ownership and their responsibility.

After the work was completed we noted some work was not completed. Minor things but we paid for it to be done. Specifically extending downspouts out on sides on the house. We contacted their customer service and left multiple voicemails inquiring how we could get that work completed and did not received a call back.

Rescheduled gutter installation multiple times the day of, after I canceled work each time and drove over an hour each way to be there. Communication efforts from the company representative were noted, but follow-through was lacking with action steps. They gave me a small discount for the inconvenience after I complained and planned to go with another company. Ultimately I realized they contract out with smaller gutter companies to install so youre better off cutting out the middle man and saving yourself money. I think the product is adequate, but only time will tell if the gutters do the job so I cant review that adequately. A final point of contention is that they were supposed to replace 2 sections of wood behind the gutter (8ft and I got 4ft.). I signed off before I realized that only 1 section was completed so thats my fault for not looking closely and trusting it was done per the contract. Well the gutters they installed was great. The soffit and the wood behind the gutters. They didn't do a great job with. I paid a additional 450.00 and they didn't do what they were supposed to replace. They had to come back the next day. They still didn't complete the whole job. They just patched the soffit. Instead of replacing the full board. I don't feel that I got my full money's worth.

Th project went great!

They came out and did a very little cleaning and I discovered after a rainstorm the downspouts were still plugged. They were to repair and replace two sections of soffits. They did a terrible job and left the area around my front door and porch in complete shambles! Very little trash picked up while sealer all over the entire area. I am holding payment until the job is complete and it should be.

The representative for the company, Davey Jones, was not an honest booker. When I told him what I wanted (43 ft. of 6 inch gutters; with 32 ft. of 3x4 downspouts at the front of the house, no leaf guards), his quoted price started at $2300. I specifically told him I just wanted an estimate of the cost and that I would check with my neighbors who recently had gutters installed. He was not happy about that and started to reduce the price. I went to my neighbors and they said that their price was $400+$500 for leaf guards. I went to the rep with that info, and he lowered the price again. He said that the quality of his gutters were top notch and finally 'lowered' the price to $1,223. I told him I needed to get another estimate, and he lowered the price again to $1,148. I didn't even get a senior discount. After the job was done and paid for (workers were outstanding), I later received another estimate from Anthony Construction which estimated the same job for $550. Thus, I believe the booker was totally dishonest and charged more than a reasonable and fair price for the same job that reputable installers charge. I am not a happy camper at the perceived rip-off I received from HomeCraft. I believe they owe me at least half of what Jones said my particular job cost. Workers took exactly one hour from start to finish their excellent work. I do not recommend HomeCraft for honesty in their pricing. Get estimates before you hire that company.

The salesman was good and convincing, convinced me to pay more for a **superior product**. Problem is, it was more expensive but the superior leaf guard design cannot seem to handle melting snow. Most of the water ran over the leaf guard and not into the gutters. This is what the salesman said would happen with other systems but not their better system. I sent a video to the salesman who forwarded it to his GM. I waited a couple of days before asking the salesman if his GM got back to him because I had not heard anything from them. Five minutes later someone named Sierra called me and said that they would send the installer back out to fix the problems. The installer came a few days later and fixed one problem from one of the videos but did not address the leaf guard issue. He told the person who was at the house that he did not know anything about that problem or the video, but left his phone number. When I got home and heard about that I texted him the video and explained. I never heard back from him. I told this to Home Advisor and to Greensky financing, both of whom said that they will be in touch with the merchant about it. I still have not heard anything back from Home craft to follow up. I paid a $2,000 deposit and financed $4,800 with Greensky. Greensky has not charged yet. I told them that the merchant needs to address the leaf guard issue. That price is way too much for gutters if the leaf guard system does not function as described. I need them to fix it or demonstrate that it works properly.

The quality of the materials and the work were top notch. Fortunately my son in law speaks fluent Spanish and was able to help translate.

Pros: The sales rep Manny did an excellent job of explaining their product in comparison to their competitor's products. He was professional, honest and knowledgeable. Gutters were priced witin my budget. Cons: Day of installation was not so good. Installation took place later than expected time frame, which caused a feeling of mistrust. Installer wasn't sure which side of the house should have downspouts, neither did I so I told him to follow what the contract said. They broke one of the spikes on my solar lights unfortunately I didn't notice that until today. It hasn't rained yet for me to see if everything will perform as desired, so I can't comment on that at this time.

The guys did a good job except notice a bow in the side of the gutter. also droped the old screws on the ground.

Though we ended up getting a complete replacement rather than just repair, Darren did a great job of explaining the advantages and their products to me. The workman were efficient and professional. Would have appreciated a follow-up call after the work was completed.
