Bathroom - Remodel
Brad was very cooperative, courteous and flexible in adjusting his schedule in order to accommodate our schedule in doing the 3 bathroom ( minus the shower and bathtub) renovation projects in our second home. The project was started and finished as previously agreed upon. The renovation projects were straight forward and not complicated . I feel that he could have paid a little more attention to some minor details in order to exhibit extreme pride in his work. I did call him back 5 months later to repair a slight leak in the piping. He did come the next day and made the correction.

Basement Remodeling
After the county came to our home to inspect our pool installation, they noticed our basement was finished. They conducted an inspection and many items failed inspection. We have not been able to reach the contractor to fix the failed items.

Brad Jones accommodated us on a Saturday morning as a serious traffic accident precluded us from keeping our scheduled appointment on a Friday afternoon. We were delayed in keeping the appointment. Mr. Jones arrived promptly after making a telephone confirmation. Mr. Jones installed a storm door professionally, having all of the tools of the trade necessary to complete the job within his estimated two hours of time. I would hire Home creations again for another home improvement,

Mr. Jones' overall work was excellent. However, two items which I believe should be noted that prevented me from giving him a five star rating: 1. An appointment was set up and I never received a call the evening prior to confirm. I had to call Mr. Jones twice upon which he did call me back to tell me he had to re-schedule. This was late in the evening prior following day's appointment. 2. upon completion of the work, Mr. Jones stated that he would email or mail us a copy of a paid invoice for the job. As of this date, we have not received one. As far as his work goes, however, he is very skilled in what he does.

Bathroom - Remodel
Brad is a great guy. He's polite and friendly. Unfortunately, he was way over his head on this project. It is now November 15 and the bathroom remodel we started in July is still not complete. To be fair, we widened the scope of work on this project to include the painting of several additional rooms (more about that later), but Brad was way behind schedule throughout the project. He has now stopped responding to our phone calls. Brad failed to supervise his subcontractors. The painters splattered paint on our hardwood floors, did a lousy job with prep work, and painted our bedroom ceiling blue (that was not part of the plan!). His floor refinisher moved two full dressers outside, where they were damaged by the rain. Brad did arrange to find a second painter who had to re-do the original botched job (although the floors are still splattered). Brad is a great guy but he is bad on details and follow-through.

My project should have been completed by May, 2007 and due to personal issues that have come up for the contractor, I AM STILL WAITING. The work itself (completed so far) is acceptable, however, it should not take three months when promised three weeks.
