Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
He does not follow through with what he says, he is a big talker about how professional, now I am laughing at those comments, because I do not think he is professional at all, He is not returning calls, areas are shoddy and he has not completed.

Home Creations gave me a good price. Do not let the price lure you in! The work they performed was substandard at best. I felt like I had to beg them to come back to a number of things they missed during their first visit. Multiple calls and texts to the owner Shane with no response until I called him from an unknown number. Then he answered. Even after they came back to fix the below standard workmanship, the work done was still below standard. Shows you how bad the original was. I would never hire them again for another home improvement job. They do not stand by their work. I guess you get what you pay for. Please beware of this company.

Shane and Jess are both very knowledgeable, experienced and qualified tradesmen. I was very pleased with the refurbishment of our deck and also the additional porch and railings to our entryway. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of indoor or outdoor remodeling or repairs!

Unfortunately the customer service was completely absent. They were scheduled to arrive on a certain day and never showed up. Never called, texted or contacted us at all. We understand things can happen so we rescheduled with them. They did not show up the second time either, no calls, texts, etc. After a 3rd chance was given, and we finally got the work done we were left dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship. Areas left unfinished that we needed to fix ourselves. We would not recommend this company.

"We absolutely did miss two appointments four due to a death of a cousin. In respect of that, we did do the job. It was completed and done correctly and professionally. Let customer know that it may need touch ups and if so please let me know. Customer did not pay upon completion of job still has not paid full bill till this date. Took pictures of work from up close and afar. And have all communication to prove that we have handled job with craftsmanship and respect to customer other than respectfully not communicating with lose of very close member of family."

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring Installation
Shane was on time, very communicative and answers my questions promptly. They gave a very well priced quote, and were able to start the following week due to a cancellation. They showed up on time the day of the install, were professional and finished within the quoted two days. They also were very efficient with the laminate we purchased allowing us to return our 10% extra for a refund. The floors look beautiful and we will definitely call them again for future projects. Thanks so much!!!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring Installation
From the time that Shane answered the call from Angies list we were totally impressed. Shane promptly came to our home and discussed the scope of our project, his recommendations for installation and identified his course of action for completion. When Shane came to do the work, we were incredibly impressed with his attention to detail as he installed our floor. There was minimal waste and he cleaned each day. Shane completed the job on time and was true to his quote. We have found a company in Home Creations and we will continue to call on and recommend them to all your friends.

Excellent service! On the same day I got an estimate, scheduled and the job done! I needed someone to clean my gutters before the leaves froze in there and Shane did a fast and awesome job! I’ll be definitely calling him again. Great and affordable service!
