Ok work but really not dependable for communication and smelled of alcohol both times he was here.

Our landlord hired him initially to fix fallen clothing rods in the closets and he did a good job. Rehired him to fix some holes in the wall and broken light fixture. The job took a week to complete as he initially came to look at what needed to fixed. A couple days later he set a time to come fix the stuff for us and didnt text back until 5 hours after the time he was supposed to come saying something came up and he had to fix that. Once we rescheduled for 2 days later, he texted us saying he would be there soon around the schedule time. Then he didnt reply for another 3 hours saying he had to help with something up and by that time we didnt have any more time for him. Came back again the next day and only fixed one thing and took 3 hours since he went on a lunch break and came back with his girlfriend. Finally came back today at around 11AM and didnt finish until 7PM. He brought his girlfriend again and then said he had to readjust the sizing of the door so he left to do that but didnt come back for another THREE HOURS. This was extremely unprofessional the whole week forcing us to wait around for him and not telling us ahead of time when he was going to be late and taking unnecessarily long breaks.
