I was expecting all the gutters to be replaced and only a select few were. When it came time to pay, I got a partial address and had to look up the zip code even though I asked for it. I could not even find a phone number. James was less than pleasant to talk with and communicate with. I felt as though I was talking with someone without any emotions.

"We replaced all the gutters on her home. Also I gave her the option to mail check later not immediately.I didnt recieve check for almost 2 weeks because she said she didint have zip code. Also customer would not of paid in full if job wasnt completed. Also we added a downspout not on contract that was bent.All gutters were 100% complete. This makes absolutely no sense."

Jim came to our house and did all the casing replacement work around a door and some windows a very short time and repainted them to look new as part of the project he also replaced some fence posts in our back yard. Fast, efficient, quality work, and very reasonably priced. I will have him back for more.

James arrived on time and blew in insulation into my former garage that has been enclosed attic. The pricing was fair as I had researched costs for this project ahead of time. I'd definitely hire again if needed and recommend him.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
It has been a couple of years since the work was done. Did not do what he said. The work is sub-par. Warning!!! James talks a good talk; however, if issues come up, he will not keep his word. Warning!!! Do not let him do your foam insulation. He subs out work. The sub men that did my insulation did not do it correctly. James promised to correct it but after 2 tries it was not properly done. Then he promised to come back but did not. I just gave up on him keeping his word. You may be wondering why I am still posting this review. It is because I do not want others to spend a lot of money and experience what happened to me.

"After this customer called me and told me he was still getting heat in his attic (this is a very unique situation) I went out and there is a stairwell leading from the garage up to the attic that is open with an interior door that allows heat to go up and underneath the store into his attic. He also has three dormers with open windows. I sent my spray foam truck back out there and a guy to do infrared to check any heat in that attic and he told me that he had gotten it all. He also sprayed the walls going up the stairwell and we closed all the windows and dormers shut to try to keep the heat out of the attic. I have never been stumped with spray foam before.We located a soffit not foamed in back of attic over garage and we repaired problem. Should be good now."
