Great painted vinyl job

Fast, accurate, professional service. Due to a communication error, the painter didn't paint the garage door. When Jonny came for an inspection after the final bill was paid, he called Sam and together they painted the door that day. This is a great company and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

With all the good reviews, I thought my experience would be a positive one, but it has not been positive at all. We hired Sam after speaking with his brother John about our project last Fall (2018). We paid to have 2 coats of paint put on the exterior of our house. We did change the color of both the siding and soffits. So, it was really easy to see the places they missed on the soffit areas and garage doors after the paint dried. I asked them to return and finish the touch ups last Fall and Sam came back to fix the garage doors himself, but he never followed up on the areas missed on the back and north side of the house. I contacted Sam again in May of this year to ask to have the spots touched up, and he said he would be out the end of May, nothing happened. I sent him another text to follow up in June, and he asked me to text pictures of the areas. I asked him to stop by take a look because there were many places to fix. He did not stop by or reply so in July I texted him 12 pictures (there are more than 12 spots that were missed), no response. Contacted him again in July to see if he received the pictures and this time, he stated he was out of town. No contact from him when he returned, so I sent another text today which is 8/15/19. I am tired of sitting on my patio and seeing the spots that were missed by his crew almost a year ago. It just frustrates me to know that I paid for 2 coats of paint and that only one was applied, very badly, to allow 2-3 inches of the old, lighter color to still show. There is no way his crew put 2 coats on the soffit /fascia areas and missed the exact same spots 2 times. Home Enhancers was a big letdown for me. I am very disappointed in my decision to use them to paint the exterior of our home. They did not stop at nothing to get the job done right the first time, as they say on their website. They state that We make it our mission to listen to our clients in order to guarantee 100% satisfaction.â I am 100% dissatisfied with their work and Sams lack of communication and follow through.

My house needed painting, and so, just as in the past, I intended to do it myself. I was approached by a Home Enhancers representative, and my initial reaction was not to consider hiring anyone. Nich, the representative, was so polite and informative about their work, so I listened, and slowly started to consider taking them on to do the job. I am so happy that my final decision was to hire them. Nich came back to do the estimate. He arrived a bit early, but waitied in his car until the scheduled time of the visit. He was professional and accurate. I had confidence that this was a company I could trust, and I never lost that confidence through to the completion of the job. I have a small house, so there were 2 painters. They had a great work ethic, were on time, self-sufficient, polite, and did an excellent job. I would hire them again in a minute!

Our project was to have the exterior of our house painted, cedar siding and all trim, garage doors and front and back entry, steel doors. I began the project starting with Jon and at which point the project was underway and we were ready to start the painting, Sam, his brother took over. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and I thought I was in for a great customer experience. Perhaps, I am 1 in very few unhappy customers by reading the other reviews, but we have not had a good experience since the job was complete. The painting looks great and the price was very affordable compared to other bids I received, however the painters on the job damaged my gutters while using extension ladders on the job. Sam was agreeable that they would fix the gutter since it was his painter's fault and said he would have one of his guys out the following week to measure for a replacement gutter. The job was completed in one day on July 28, this is when final payment was made to Sam. It is now October 29 and I have yet to get my gutter fixed from the damage they caused. I received a text from Sam, only after I had to follow-up after another two occurrences (one on August 23 and another on September 4) and finally got a message back that "hopefully next week we can get that done." No such luck. On September 29 I reached back out to Sam to ask when they would be fixing my gutter, and at least this time I got a prompt response - - "Sorry for the delay. Thanks for the patience. We will take care of it. We just been slammed trying to get projects done before it get cold. I will have one of my guys stop by this week and measure it so we can get it ordered." Needless to say, no one came out that week and measured. Followed back up with Sam on October 20 with no response, and again today on October 29, with again no response. I get that as a company they are trying to make money and get projects done before winter hits, but they should also realize that what makes them money is their customers and their referrals. To let a customer go over 3 months without remedying an issue they caused is just not acceptable. I wish I could give a better rating than a 1 star because the paint job that was done and the experience up to the day of the job was all enjoyable, however, the past 3+ months of lack of customer service and putting priority on a previous customer has left a lasting, negative impression. A very disappointed customer.

We hired Home Enhancers to paint the entire exterior of our house and we are very happy and impressed with the final product. Sam was able to get us scheduled quickly and the whole job took only 2 days thanks to the dedication of the crew. Home Enhancers even paid for a Sherwin Williams color consultant to come hold my hand in the difficult process of choosing a color! Also, we wanted to paint our tan vinyl windows white and Sam was the only painter of all of those who gave us estimates to mention a new special paint for vinyl windows. We were also very pleased with Sam's commitment to making sure we are satisfied customers by satisfactorily resolving all final touch-up requests. Finally, we found his pricing to be fair and competitive. We would hire Home Enhancers again.

Home Enhancers showed up on time and completed their work thoroughly and quickly. Tools and materials were well organized and the work site was kept clean and tidy at all times. Workers were friendly and engaging. I recommend Home Enhancers.

Initially, we hired Steve at Home Enhancers to paint ceilings and walls in our kitchen, dining room, living room and foyer. One wall in the living room was to be an accent wall. Steve represented himself as experienced and competent. His estimate was extremely reasonable; so much so that when he arrived, I asked if he'd also paint the ceiling and walls in our family room. For a price, of course. We expected a professional painting job, but what we received was waaaaay beyond our expectations. Preparation for painting included filling holes and cracks on every wall and ceiling. But the family room needed extensive plaster feathering on two walls, and mudding around the ceiling to even the edges. Steve and his crew tackled all these problems before painting -- a service that was totally unexpected. We realized the preparation for the family room was not included in Steve's estimate, and when we tried to negotiate a fair price, he balked at changing his original estimate. Seriously, people should be paid for their time and skill. We practically had to throw money at him! The finished rooms look gorgeous. As for clean-up, the crew vacuumed all the dust, and Steve was even on his knees wiping up the floors. I mean, seriously. So awesome. Steve and his crew were easy to work with, prompt and did a great job. We had lots of repair and prep work prior to painting and they did it all. Our house looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and professional job.
