I have been trying to get service since I received notification that it was due since March 2023. After repeated attempts, I'm still waiting for them to come out to Garrettsville. I'm severely disappointed! At this point I would be very unlikely to recommend this company to anyone!

They came right out, told me what they could do,I signed the contract and two days later they did the install. I'm very happy with the quality of the product - my water actually tastes good now - and the people doing the install were very professional.

A+ from start to finish! Our sales representative Andrew was wonderful and took the time to explain everything in detail and cared to provide a product that was the best for us. He was always available for follow up calls and just very caring and fun to deal with. Our installer Jorge was great as well. Very detailed in his work and took the better part of the day to make sure the job was done right. He discussed issues with us along the way and explained what he was doing and how to operate the system. Great company and we would recommend 100%. Scott and Debbie Bryant
