The job was done well and quickly and I was appreciative of his communication on his arrival time.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I explicitly listed my television as a 98-inch model on the booking site. When the technician arrived completely alone, I asked how he planned to lift it. He told me he expected me to help him mount it. It quickly became obvious that he had never mounted a TV this size before and had no idea how to do it. When I refused to do his job for him, he stated that bringing a helper would cost me more money. A professional business should quote properly and staff the job correctly upfront based on the details provided. He was completely unqualified and unprepared, so he never mounted the TV and I sent him away. You should not accept jobs you do not know how to do.

Is a carpenter by trade. Recommend him for this kind of work. Will try him for drywall, door hanging, trim, etc. Like the quality of his work. Works quick. Does project from late afternoon until dark. Trustworthy. Brings me receipts for materials. Has brought him back several times and will use him again.

Overcharges. No pride in his work. My parents hired him to fix 2 doorbells. He didn't even fix them properly. He attached the wires but they still make a buzzing sound. We bought 2 doorbell covers in the shape of a seahorse and he didn't when the button is pushed. He also didn't drill new holes so that the seahorse is fitted straight up and down on the wall. I had to remove the doorbell covers and patch and drill the holes myself. After all this he charged $140 ($20 extra for gas) for attaching wires to still non-functioning doorbells. Don't waste your money on this one.

I hired Jefferson to fix several things at my home. He went out to the house two times to work on it, on two different days. He did not correctly fix either issue. I will now need to hire someone else to come behind him and complete what he started. Very frustrating. Also hard to communicate with. Waste of resources.

Jefferson is very polite and did more than I had originally hire him for. He worked very hard. He tends to arrive a bit later than he says he will be but I understand that repair people have a hard time being time precise. I will probably hire him again.

Jefferson was professional and on time,did multiple projects,and listen to our request. His price was fair,which we appreciate since most would jack up the price for Waikiki projects....(not all of us in Waikiki is Rich) We would call on him again.
