Initial conversations were very helpful and aided in narrowing down to final choice of roof and insulation, including some on the spot repairs. Final product took place over a few visits due to weather and timing of availability but crews were polite and helpful and answered all questions, and appreciate Viktar and folks staying late to check and confirm the work was solid. Look forward to not climbing my roof every winter.

Home Evolution did a great job replacing my roof and even helped with the financing. My roof was long past due to be replaced down to the decking. The large crew arrived dressed in company uniforms and brought lots of safety equipment. They did a fantastic job! In one day, they ripped off the old shingles, replaced all the old plywood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the house. They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer service is in their culture.

What a great job. We have a very large roof area comprised of a number of different levels. The efficiency of the team was outstanding. Each group worked on different aspects of the project. There were workers on the ground supplying material to a team on the roofs who removed the old roof and installed the new one. There was a ground crew, working simultaneously on clean up. The work turned out beautifully at the end of the day, right down to picking up stray nails on the ground with a magnetic device. I recommend this company.

from the estimate through completion of the installation the entire team was very friendly and professional , the installation was very fast and the work crew did a great job , pricing was on par with many other companies we looked at but Home evolution offered better customer service ,and in house financing ,

they were very good cleaned up very thing and it was done in a timely manner

Gabriel and his Crew replaced my roof in a 12 hour day. My roof was in terrible condition, leaking into my attic for a year. There was plenty of damage to be repaired. The Crew came (and when they say between 7:00-7:30 for arrival time, they will be waiting patiently for the clock to strike 7:00!) They worked hard and diligently. Clean up was to perfection, as was communication. When I advised others in my family, that the roof would be done in a day........they politely warned me that I needed to expect it to take at least two days. NOT! Dear Home Evolution I would like to take this time to personally thank James Carter Paul for the effort that he put in with the inspection / sale of my proposed new roof installation and with my Sunrun Damage Case 12750510 (dated October 2, 2023). The Sunrun Damage report was started because my roof started to leak after the installation of a new solar panel system on my home. I believe that the solar panels contributed to roof leakage. I am a recent widow and my husband took care of everything concerning the house, my future has been difficult. James Carter Paul took the time to explain what my needs were so that I could understand. Per his advice, I need a new roof; however, to do this the solar panels need to be removed and replaced. According to Sunrun, the â  Removal and Reinstall feesâ  would be $8,670.00. This cost was too expensive and to save on costs I asked for a reduction. James Carter Paul put aside his busy schedule at Home Evolution to help me with my damage case. He has gone over and above with helping me fight Sunrun. It took approximately 8 months to get the cost reduced. Based upon my discussions (and with Jamesâ  guidance) regarding the damage reported, Sunrun has agreed to waive some of the â  Removal and Reinstall feesâ  at a reduced cost of 60% (approx. $4000.00). In addition, I received 5 appraisals ranging from $14,000.00 â  $26,000.00 for a new roof. Home Evolution gave me the highest appraisal at $26K; however, I choose Home Evolution because of James Carter Paul and his great customer support and service! Because of Jamesâ  initiative, patience, and great customer support, I choose Home Evolution for the installation of my new roof. Sunrun will begin the work on May 20th and 21st to remove the solar panels. A new rebuild of my chimney will begin on May 21st. Home Evolution can start work thereafter. Workers were polite, efficient and just plain fantastic to watch! They worked like a well oiled machine and like they had been working together for awhile. The job was well done. The cleanup was greatâ ¦The roof looks wonderful!!! This company is great and we would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof!!!

There was a small lack of communication and siding left off the side of my house but over all it was a great service.

These guys were excellent they got to my house at 7:30 started ripping off my roof had it ripped off at about an hour and a half hour cleaned it off evaluated my deck started putting ice and water on 6 ft in the process of ripping my roof off they damaged my exhaust Outlets the foreman got me two new ones at no cost and upgraded the three pipes with the with covers I recommend this company to anyone they did a fantastic job and they stand behind their work very happy customer here you wont regret hiring these guys. And a special thanks to Ed the salesman. Thanks home evolution

They also replaced all of our gutters with bigger, covered gutters!!!

They were subcontracting. They did a sloppy job. My roof leak. two day slater came bac to replace everything but they did not replace my water damage rug and they overpriced me $40 and I have not receive any refund nor rug replacement. Two men were here for two hours, did not understand English.
