He arrived on the scheduled day to evaluate the job which involved replacing a section of the bathroom floor, securing the toilet and laying a new floor. Provided me with a reasonable quote and scheduled the repair. He arrived on the scheduled date and time, worked the entire day and did a wonderful job. The area was left neat and clean. I will certainly use them in the future and would easily recommend them.

These guys were great. Fast, courteous and professional. Scope of the project was to replace a large(30k btu) A/C unit in a business storefront. This was not an easy installation as the old unit was huge and installed above the door of my busy store. From first contact they were professional and upfront with the job. They asked questions about the existing unit and ask me for pictures which I submitted. They replied with a quote and told me what they would provide. They new I needed service quickly as the weather was forecasted to be hot. Once we agreed on terms they followed through promptly, arriving the next day on time and with a new unit. As they were removing the old and installing the new unit they were mindful and courteous to customers needing to come in and out. They installed the unit but ran into a small problem with the plug and receptacle, but like true professionals they handled in stride. Going and getting the correct part and installing it. They finished up by casing around the unit to make it look good and installing a drain to catch condensation. Overall I rated them 5 stars across the board as I was extremely please with everything. I expect to be hiring them again in the near future for other larger projects. Thanks SK

The company is in Philadelphia and apparently hires contractors elsewhere. They did not tell me in advance that there was a minimum payment just for the worker to show up PLUS an hourly rate for every hour including the first. The worker was very nice and did the job immediately and well (in less than half an hour). I would give him five stars but not the company. I wrote the check for what he had said was the minimum ($75) as he was finishing up. He accepted the check but was concerned that the company would want more and asked me to call them. The person I spoke with said there was an additional hourly rate and that I should have paid more. He rather grumpily waived it (after berating me for awhile) but implied that the worker would have to make some adjustment. You forced me to answer all the questions but you can see why I would have left some blank.
