I gave him the money and he never came and did the work. He still has not returned the money.

Work quality is very poor. Lack of professionalism. Asks for payment while job is on going assuring it will be finished by that day, but in reality far from completion of the project. Hard to reach once payment is made.

Hate to do it, but cannot recommend Home Expo. Spoke with Isaac after seeing great reviews on Home Advisor and he talked a great game. Hired them to complete several painting and general tasks, which included calking windows and re-grouting 3 bathroom floors. ($4,700 job) Regrettably, he had to be called back twice and the work was still not up to standards. He was rarely on site and did not return for a final walk through before his people packed up and left. Originally rated him a 3.0, but am dropping it to 2.5 after seeing more sloppily completed jobs. Some specifics about the job: Took longer than advertised. (4 days, vice 2.5) Isaac was late on more than one occasion. Mirror not removed prior to repainting powder room -- old paint still visible. Furniture not returned after repainting rooms. (Surprising since I added money to his bid in order to cover moving items) Excess mortar left on front steps after replacing mortar on top step. Also used gray mortar, vice the color used for the rest of steps. (Will likely have someone else re-do the job). No touch up of any baseboards (even bare wood) of door frames. Shutter on exterior of house was never reattached, in spite of pointing it out at least twice. Re-grouted tile in 3 bathrooms, but did not hang around to clean the excess grout from the tiles or come back to clean and seal. Instead, he told my wife to wait 2 days then mop with a 50/50 water-vinegar solution, which would both clean the tiles and seal the grout. That plan did not work and I am currently cleaning individual tiles with vinegar and a scrub brush. Grout was not smoothly laid at all. We are currently contracting with a different person to re-do/finish the work that Home Expo should have completed. I think that they are probably good people with too much on their plates. The feeling I had was that they got behind schedule and were then all about slamming the job out and moving to the next one as quickly as possible. I would not use them again. Jamie Hopkins

I tried calling him to come back because the door was still sticking and he has given me the run around saying he would Come back to fix the problem but. Has been a no show I believe he gives your organization a bad reputation and. Should be removed as I know you want reliable contractors

It's been difficult to get information after the job. However, overall it seems they did good work.

They are really nice guys and do great work. I only used them for a small fix, but will call again when something larger comes up.

Prompt repair, nice guys to work with. Couldn't get anyone else to show up, they were the only ones. Good value for the work done.

Isaac and George were very professional and both performed a very good job painting my walls. Cleaned up after it all and I am happy with outcome.

These guys are true professionals; will recommend them anytime; they showed up on time and got the job done.

They did an excellent job. I would gladly reccommend them to anyone who needed wood fence repair work.

Isaac and his team were great. Kept me posted on daily progress. They did trim work and flooring as well and did a great job. Will use them again
