To start with my wife and I interview 8 construction companies before we chose The Home Exteriors of Michigan to complete the project of siding, gutters, and a new front entrance door. To open up, my wife and I are impressed with every member of The Home Exteriors of Michigan team. The Home Exteriors sales team is not one of those high pressure sells team, so you are not pressured into any contract before you have time to think it over. Our project manager and sales contact (Frank) is very knowledgeable about their companies product. My wife originally sought them out to install siding, gutters, and a front entrance door. Frank went thru their product line with us. We finally decided on the color combinations for the siding, gutters, and the door. I was then sent an email that the permit to install the product had been placed to start and complete the project. While the product was being ordered and the permit going thru the ordinance dept my wife and I decided to replace the front bay window. I again called Home Exteriors, Lacey and Home Exteriors received my call and had Frank come back out and take our order for the new bay window. The long anticipation of the work to began was about to happen. Thanks to the great communication of Lacey and Frank my wife and I knew exactly which day and week the transformation would being. This information was received well, for my wife and I frequent our cabin in the northern part of Michigan. Frank brought out the crew on a Tuesday morning. The crew Tom, Lester, Roman, and Roman. The crew, I can't say enough of how they conducted themselves. They were very professional, very knowledgeable about their trade, and their communication was outstanding. The communication examples: always asking is this what we were looking for, or giving us choices of how they could install the product in different variations for a different look. The starting time for the crew was 8:00am. Tom the crew leader would get the guys together before 8:00 am and go over with them what was expected or what he would like to get done that day. Once the crew started everyone knew what their part was and got right to the project at hand. The owner Eric came by every day to make sure nothing was needed and the project was going as planned. Their work, WOW, I can't explain how well the team worked together and their eye for detail is amazing and their drive for excellence at their trade was apparent. The gutter crew(Jason and Oz) followed up the following Monday after all the siding was installed. The project is complete. My wife and I are amazed of the transformation the house went thru and the beautiful job done by, The Home Exteriors of Michigan. In all, Home Exteriors of Michigan is an amazing company, competitive prices, communication that exceeds five stars if there was a sixth star I would have awarding them with it. There was no deviation from the quote that originally wrote up, no surprises. Yes, I would highly recommend Home Exteriors of Michigan to anyone interested in getting a new face lift for their home. Called Home Exteriors of Michigan when my roof started leaking. Brandon came out the next day and assessed the roof and told me exactly what was needed. He took the time to make a few minor repairs just in case it rained before they started. They were able to come out a few days later and replace my roof in one day!! From Brandon, to Ivan and his crew, they were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. If you need your roof replaced, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my projects going forward.
