Mark was able to repair a piece of laminate flooring that had been damaged due to water . He also recommended that we tear up a section of flooring in front of the dishwasher , to prevent this from happening again . He recommended Water resistant Vinyl flooring product , it looks like stone . This was put down on the floor in place of the damaged laminate . IT IS BEAUTIFUL !! I could not have asked for a better repair and final result . Very knowledgeable and professional . Highly recommend this company for any flooring needs

Mark and his team were fantastic! They were professional, punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me informed on all progress. They finished sooner than expected and the floors look fantastic. Would definitely recommend Mark and his team!

Did not show up on three appointments. Two on a weekdays and one weekend. I am open on a project but he never show upon three appointments the he set. I have to remind him the time and will say three different excuses. I had to ask off on a Friday but never show up. I have to text hime every time. This frustrating as a military nurse front liner. This is very unreasonable thing to do.

It was a pleasure working with Mark Taggart and His team. Cost was reasonable, work performed excellent. Team was on time, did excellent work, were professional and all clean up was done. We were doing a total house renovation so had several contractors involved. Everything had to be coordinated between all these contactors and meet certain date deadlines to meet the final move in date. Due to the CV19 virus all contractors had to do their part separate from each other. This meant Marks team had to work around and accommodate the other contractors schedules, and last minute design changes and date changes from the other contractors. Mark and his team were always willing to do this which meant a STRESS FREE Project. EXCELLENT JOB, ON TIME. Very Knowable and helpful. Best FLOORING contractor.

Phenomenal Job!!! Mark Taggert came by to provide an estimate but provided me so much more! He guided me through the flooring materials options and helped me get a good value on those materials. He also gave me a reasonable price that included correction of some subfloor issues I had. The team that did the work, was professional, courteous and well skilled. Sean and Curtis demonstrated tremendous craftsmanship, patience, and problem solving as they dealt with the challenges of our Den and hallway flooring job. I highly recommend them!

I enjoyed so much working with Mr Taggert and his team for the installation of my stair railings. He promptly came out and provided me an estimate within two days of my call and was able to squeeze in my job immediately to help me meet a carpet installation deadline. The job was so professionally done and his team was so extremely knowledgeable about their draft. They were also courteous and very neat. The outcome was just as beautiful as all of the pictures I saw on his website.

I have dealt with many service related companies over the past 60 years and I can say without hesitation Mark Taggert with Home Floors Galore is the best at what he does and has the most intregity of anyone I have ever seen. He installed a laminate floor in my kitchen that I purchased from a nationally-known flooring distributor. The flooring began to crackle when you walk on it. Mark, on his own time, has reinspected the flooring, removing cord around and photographing along walls to ensure flooring was spaced correctly, took humidity and temperature tests to ensure the installation was done to the letter. Mark, is a NWFA certified inspector so he really knows what he is doing. We believe the flooring is bad as we have heard that there have been similar complaints with the same product. I reached out to Home Floors Galore after reading their reviews here and other sites. Mr. Mark came out and gave an estimate to have already purchased flooring put down, and walked me through everything step by step. He was very very sweet and assured me we would be very well taken care of. ( I had told him the horror stories of our home and contractors. ) The pricing was reasonable compared to others and it was very comforting knowing that he was also a wood floor inspector for the state. Very well experience and excellent mannered. We were in a bit of a rush due to having a lot of company coming to visit soon and we were walking on bare sub floors in some areas. So he assured me that he would help make us a priority. We decided to take his bid and accept the contract. The gentlemen he had come out to do the work (Sean and Randy) we very polite and so kind to our sweet girls. They made sure to always say hello to the girls, as they were very curious about the work they were doing. The confirmed what we had needed done and got to work right away. They were not only fast, but excellently crafted. It went so much smoother than I expected due to past experiences. They really restored my faith in contractors. Sean and Randy went above and beyond to make sure our family was well cared for. Their eye for detail was amazing. Over all this was the most pleasant experience we have had ever with a contracted job. They also helped save us tons of money when they discover water damage in our bathroom and laundry room. If they had not fully inspected that area, and just covered it with floor we would have been out of luck later on down the road. So such a big thanks to them.
