Don't believe a word they tell you. From sales to production to management, they all failed. They changed the start and timeline multiple times. They gave me a price which ballooned with scope 25% and threatened not to warranty the work of I didn't agree. . The project manager, Getty, had no idea what his team was doing. He spent only minutes on site; his team was there a week. The onsite team was unable to communicate due to language barrier. Communication was inconsistent and frequently just incorrect. They destroyed landscaping and broke things. They took down security lights and didn't put them back. Getty promised to have them come back and finish the tasks and leave siding lengths for repairs. They did neither. He is not responding to y follow ups. There are better companies out there.

Called like they were going to quote the roof work but the said they only do full houses not attached garages. Waste of time and should somehow state that earlier or in their listing
Response from Home Genius Exteriors
"We would be happy to clear up any misunderstanding, but we are unable to identify any record under the username provided. Please email wecare@homegeniusexteriors.com so we can help make this right."

Home Genius is the best contractor I?ve ever used. Job was very detailed, and when I wasn?t happy with a couple things, the PM and crew came back out to make sure I was completely satisfied. Called and spoke to the PM Andrew who made sure things were handled the way I wanted. Truly appreciate everything they did! Highly recommend!!!
Response from Home Genius Exteriors
"That kind of follow through, coming back until it's exactly right, is what separates a good job from a great one. Andrew making sure your voice was heard and acted on says a lot about how this team operates. Home Genius Exteriors is proud to have earned "best contractor ever" from someone who clearly holds high standards."

Patrick for my sales rep was very knowledgable & did not use crummy fear mongering tactics while also giving me a realistic assessment & no pressure quote on my roof replacement. My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects!

Home Genius Exteriors did an excellent job on our siding. We had a rough start with a salesman's dishonesty, but the company made sure we got what we wanted, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect outcome. Elijah was the project manager and he was the best. Roberto and Freddie were the installers and their work was professional, thorough, and detailed.
