?I am beyond impressed with the work done by Home Genius Exteriors. From start to finish, the entire process was defined by a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days.
?The speed of service was incredible; they handled the project efficiently without ever cutting corners. A huge standout was my project manager, whose communication skills were truly outstanding. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and they made sure all my questions were answered before I even had to ask them.
?As for the result?my new Onyx Black Owens Corning roof looks absolutely wonderful. It has completely transformed the curb appeal of my home. Plus, having the Platinum warranty provides so much confidence in the longevity of the work. If you want a team that is fast, professional, and delivers a premium result, I can?t recommend them enough!

The lack of communication and follow-up with issues has been a really trying experience for me. I am still waiting for a resolution on an issue. The roof itself looks great, but the promise to handle issues has yet to be determined.

Daryl the sales rep went through the initial process thoroughly and explained everything about the project. Lauren made sure the scheduling went smoothly. There was an issue with the dumpster placement at first and she was able to take care of it right away. Walter and his crew exceptional throughout the installation of the roof and answered any questions I had throughout that project. I would highly recommend the crew and home genius exteriors.

I'm very pleased with my new roof. The estimator was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions/concerns & courteous. Installers did a great job & cleaned up when they were done. Project manager kept me informed each step of the process. He used a drone to take pictures of the finished roof. He too was knowledgeable & courteous. This project exceeded my expectations. The project was completed one week after the estimate.

They were very professional. They came in morning and was done by lunch. Everything was cleaned up. Then came back to do final sweep and check on everything. Very pleased with my new roof

I contracted with this company to replace my roof. Work was supposed to start Thursday. Didn?t start till Friday. Supposed to be here onSunday no show. Called the manager after 4 days. Said get your stuff out of here I?m going with another company. He said he was calling their legal department that there was no time frame on the contract. So my roof has to be open to the elements until you decide to get a crew there? Sue me
